What’s the Process?

At Callaway Images, we make photo day simple, efficient, and stress-free for players, coaches, and parents.

1. Individual Photos
Every player and coach is photographed individually. This allows us to create clean, professional images and build team photos digitally—no need to gather the entire group at once.

2. Professional Setup
Photos are taken under a tent to eliminate harsh sunlight and shadows. Each athlete will pose three times, giving plenty of options for the best look.

3. Quick & Easy
Our process is fast! We typically spend just 45 seconds to 1 minute per player, keeping things moving smoothly for the entire league.

4. Custom Editing
Back at the studio, we edit each image and add them to a custom background featuring league, team, and sport colors. Team photos are built digitally from these individual images for a polished, unified look.

5. Final Delivery
The finished products are delivered back to a designated person within the league in about 2-3 weeks.
